The founder of Dunin-Properties is Mateusz Dunin-Świder. An economist by education, he graduated from the Cracow University of Economics, earning a bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Real Estate Management and a master’s degree in Managerial Economics. For over 13 years, he built his career within the structures of one of the world’s largest global corporations. His responsibilities included cost optimization, risk management, and the analysis of investment portfolios valued in the billions of dollars.
